Blue Oyster Culture Club highlights concerts for Central High School All-Class Reunion

The Belt Sports Complex is hosting an all-class reunion Memorial Day weekend. A great schedule of fun and music is set. Check out some of the details:

Friday, May 25

Social Mixer in The Loft at Legends. No ticket needed for the event. Come meet up with old classmates, have a drink and enjoy a relaxing evening together. Music and dancing. 7 p.m. to Close.

Saturday, May 26

Outdoor concerts in our parking lot! Central grad Larry Buck starts things off at 4 p.m. He’ll be followed by more Central alums, The Garrett Nordstrom Situation.  cost: $10 

Sunday, May 27

Blue Oyster Culture Club! St. Joseph’s own 80s tribute band and local graduates from St. Joseph Central. They will be live on stage in Legend’s parking lot. Opening for them at 7 p.m. will be Jeromie Frost and Friends & Family.  Cost $10.

Separate tickets will be needed for Saturday and Sunday events. Soon, tickets will be available at The Belt Bowl or you can purchase them online at www.beltbowl.com. Keep watching for details!

Volley’s Pre-Season Volleyball!

     With as nice as our weather has been, why not open up Volley’s? That’s what we’re doing and there’s still time to sign up for Volley’s first ever Sun Drop Pre-Season volleyball league. It’s five short weeks on Sundays, Thursdays and Fridays for only $50 per team.

   Sign up deadline is this Friday, March 16. For those teams that start on Sunday, March 18, you’ll get a call with your gametime for the first week. Otherwise, schedules will be available on Tuesday, March 20.

   Help us celebrate the 2012 grand opening of Volley’s on St. Patrick’s Day this Saturday, March 17. There will be open courts, green beer and plenty Luck o’ the Irish!

Spring/Summer Bowling Clubs set at The Belt Bowl!

The Belt Bowl has a summer bowling league for you! We’ve got our summer schedule ready to go and we’re sure there’s a spot for you! Pick your day of the week and look at what we have to offer. For more inforamtion, contact Alan Chriswisser at (816) 233-1054.

MONDAY

Volley’s Brew-n-Pizza: 7 p.m., mixed 4-person teams. Three games with each team getting a large pizza with a soda. The cost is only $10 per person per week. League starts on May 14.

Scratch Trio:  7 p.m., mixed 3-person teams. Four games each week, scratch bowling. Compete against the best! $12 each week. League starts on May 7.

TUESDAY

Tuesday 2-somes: 7 p.m., two person teams. Find a husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend or any friend! Casual atmosphere, lots of fun. Four games each week, handicap pins included. $10 each week starting May 8.

Volley’s Brew-n-Pizza: 7 p.m. Mixed 4-person teams. Two games with each team getting a large pizza with a soda. The cost is only $8per person per week. League starts on May 15.

WEDNESDAY

Adult/Child: 6:30 p.m. Great opportunity for parents to bowl with their children! Teams of one adult and one child. Bowl two games each week for $10 per team. League starts on May 16.

Super Bowlin Kids: 7 p.m. Great learn to bowl program for beginners. All kids ages are eligible. 16 weeks of instructional bowling with everyone getting a free new bowling ball and bag at the end of the session. Cost is only $8.95 per week. Starts April 25.

THURSDAY

Lottery League: 6 p.m.  Fun league of 4 per team, any mix of guys and gals.  Free scratchers tickets and MO Lottery Tickets for the league with winnings going into prize fund. Our winter league hit it big winning nearly $1,000 with one MO Lottery ticket! $10 per person per week starting April 19.

Spafford Singles/Doubles: 6:30 p.m. Scratch league where everyone bowls 3 games of singles against three different opponents, then gets matched up with a partner for three games of doubles against three different teams. Six games of bowling per night with high game pots and an end-of-season cash tournament. $20 per week starting May 10.

FRIDAY

Senior Jackpot: 12:30 p.m.  Come join your friends for some socializing and fun. Three games of bowling with cash prizes. Discount on lunch! Only $5 per week

SATURDAY

Junior Bowling: 11 a.m. Our favorite bowling program for youth! Trained youth instructors are available. All participants eligible for scholarships! $5 per week for 12 week session beginning May 26.

Dinner League: 5:30 pm., Get your Saturday nights started off right with our dinner league. Teams of 4, any combination of men/women. You’ll bowl three games each week and receive a large pizza and pitcher of soda per team every week. $9 per week starting May 5.

SUNDAY

Lottery League: 5 p.m. Our fun Lottery League returns for the summer! Fun league of 4 per team, any mix of guys and gals.  Free scratchers tickets and MO Lottery Tickets for the league with winnings going into prize fund. Our winter league hit it big winning nearly $1,000 with one MO Lottery ticket! $10 per person per week starting April 19.

Belt Bowl Lottery League WINS $$$

   Congratulations to our bowlers in our Sunday Lottery Bowling Club for hitting it big! 

   The Lottery League bowls on Sunday nights at 7 p.m. Each week, the league receives one free MO lottery ticket, one free Mega-Millions ticket and each bowler gets a free scratcher ticket. Any winnings from the MO Lottery or Mega-Millions goes straight into their prize fund to be divided up at the end of the season. Last week, the league hit 5 out of 6 numbers on their MO Lottery ticket for the win! They were only one number away from hauling in $3.2 million!!!!  This is the second cash for the league in its first few weeks running.

2012 marks start of new youth bowling programs at The Belt Bowl

Happy New Year!  The Belt Bowl is ready to crank up the start of youth bowling for 2012. we have two exciting, fun options for kids:

Saturday Youth Bowling

   Sign up and start date set for Saturday, Jan. 7. Registration at 10 a.m. with bowling beginning at 11 a.m. Cost is only $5 each week. Kids get free bowling instruction both before and after bowling and everyone gets 2 free practice games every day with extra games costing only $1. Bumper bowling is available for pre-school kids for only $4 each week. Scholarships are awarded each session!

Super Bowlin’ Kids

     A special learn to bowl program for kids ages 6-16. It will be on Thursdays at 6 p.m. beginning January 19.   Here’s what you’ll get:
